Valentine is on da grine…

Yes, you’ve reached Valentine Henderson’s website but that man is too busy working for a living and too into being curious about others to share some information about himself. So, that’s where I, family friend, come in. I’ve known this man since he was a boy-wonder on the diamond with an arm of gold and a deep respect for family, friends and sport. I’ve seen him at work as an inquisitive host drawing out the best in each of his guests on his Shaw Cable show, On Da Grine TV. I’ve seen him at work as a trainer in public fitness centres. He’d make anyone feel good about what they could achieve and he’d provide the tools and the means to make things happen. Other than this, I’m thinking you might have to get to know the man yourself in order to find out more. And there’s a lot more…

I’m tasked here with presenting an introduction to the professional side of Valentine, to the irons he has in the fire. As a friend who’s discussed his many ideas over time, I can say these days he’s whittled the many down to a few. One’s that align nicely with where he finds himself on his journey. I’ve heard Valentine say this many times: it’s not about the goal, it’s about being responsive to every step of the journey.
